Measure an Existing Ring

Select an existing ring that fits the finger you intend to wear the new ring on.
Measure the internal diameter of the ring (in millimeters).
Refer to the size chart below to find your ring size.

Take a strip of paper and wrap it around the part of your finger where you want the ring to sit.

Ensure the paper is wrapped snugly around your finger—the tighter it is, the more accurate your fit will be.

Mark the point where the end of the paper overlaps, then use a ruler to measure this length in millimeters.
